- Got something you're not thrilled with? No worries! You've got 30 days from the delivery date to request a return and refund.
- Keep the tags on, and make sure those leotards and tops are in tip-top shape, unworn and unused.
- Custom goodies are like your own personal treasures and can't be returned, unless there's a sneaky defect or they arrive damaged.
2. How to Start a Return or Refund Party?
- Drop us a line at support@mp-gymnastics.com to kick things off. Let us know your order details and why you're looking to return/refund.
- Snap a pic if your item's got a hitch, and include it in your message.
3. Returns for Defects/Damage
- If something's wonky with your gear or it's damaged, we've got your back with a full refund.
- In some cases, we might ask you to ship it back so we can give it a once-over. No sweat, we cover the shipping costs.
4. Returns for Other Reasons
- If it's a style thing or a "whoops, wrong size" situation, no worries! You'll get a refund on the item's price.
- You'll handle the shipping fee for getting it back to us.
5. Getting Your Money Back
- Once we've got your return and checked it out, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
- Your refund dances its way back to your original payment method.

- Items need to be in their original glory. We're talking no misuse, no missing parts, and no damage.
7. Shipping Smarts
Shipping fees from your initial order? Not refundable, unless there's a defect or damage.
Options for Return Shipping:
- Wanna take charge? Feel free to use your own shipping method for the return. Your call, your shipping company!
- Want us to do the heavy lifting? Request a return shipping label from our customer support team. We'll sort out the cost, and all you gotta do is zap us the amount through a quick bank transfer. No fuss, just quick and easy!
In person-returns:
Prefer a personal touch? You're welcome to bring your items directly to our shop! Just arrange a schedule with our customer support team, and we'll be ready to assist you in person. Your convenience is our priority.
